We are Registered Building Practitioners (RBP) with the Building Commission in accordance with the Australian Building Code's regulations (BCA). In addition, we belong to the Building Designers Association of Victoria (BDAV)

An impressive Georgian style home, can you believe these are dual occupancy townhouses?
Graciously proportioned, designed on a large corner allotment of 664sqm we incorporated 4 bedrooms, large WIR’s and spacious living areas & along with adjoining outdoor courtyard entertaining area. All the finer details of modern Georgian architecture reflect not only in the facade but also throughout the home and is a popular choice by many, famous for proportion, symmetry and high ceilings.

Working together with the Darebin Council and natural slope to the right of the property the outlook is bright and sunny with the achievement of 3 large townhouses on this 548sqm block in Reservoir.

With impressive street appeal this trio of 2 and 3 bedroom townhouses optimise north facing living areas and have private north facing courtyards on the 2 rear residences allowing for natural light and sun to be enjoyed, whilst the front residence has the beauty of a large entertainers balcony extending out from the kitchen and meals area.
