This service is perfect for those who need a comprehensive design direction to assist with sourcing finishes during the building process and especially for your builder and contractors to follow.
• Supporting the Xpress design, we will dive deeper to identify and enhance key interior design features and joinery design, providing conceptual drawings or visuals.
• Compose a comprehensive and cohesive presentation of colours and finishes such as flooring, tiles, cabinetry, benchtops, hardware and soft finishes. Key features and finishes will be supported by inspirational imagery to help illustrate potential the intended direction.
• If required, we can select or provide direction for furniture, homewares and styling to compliment your new, carefully curated design.
Xpress Building Design Interior Finishes Concept
A simple, budget friendly service providing an overall colour and finishes concept direction overview, to help guide your contractors and support with sourcing.
• After consultation to establish your style preferences we will establish a concept of key finishes eg. Flooring, cabinetry, hardware, wall treatments etc. Inspirational imagery will accompany the key finishes to help visualise the intent of selections.
