Multi-Unit Development

The client came to us for two sites in a growth zone; they had spoken to other firms but felt extremely comfortable with our experience and local expertise.
We had a couple meetings back-and-forth where we discussed the site. Initially, they planned to build ten townhouses on the 1346 sqm property. We felt that 10 townhouses were not maximising the site, so we used our skills to create 12 townhouses.
We collaborated closely with the council's urban designers, traffic engineers, arborists, and planners to provide a result that satisfied and pleased each department. Final approval and construction of 12 townhouses maximised the potential of the property and the client's profit. The customers were thrilled.
